The main stake of this project is to connect the diversity of spaces composing the Verbeau neighborhood, while creating an idea of centrality.
The hydraulic context of this urban sector (flood-risk area) is considered with the creation of lawn bowls as a reference to Châlons’ history.
An ambulant promenade with soft waves offers wandering to this completely redesigned neighborhood.
